			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are seeking a man in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in the 20900 block of Brickhouse Drive on Sunday, Aug. 28.</p>
<p>At about 8 p.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Brickhouse Drive, police found Montique D. Fitzgerald, who had been shot. Fitzgerald, 29, was pronounced dead at the scene.</p>
<p>The shooting was preceded by an altercation between Fitzgerald and the suspect, Brian K. Uzzle, 29. Police have obtained warrants for Uzzle, of the 20800 block of Sasha Court, for murder, illegal possession of a firearm and brandishing a firearm.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a crash that involved a pedestrian who was struck by two vehicles in the 11400 block of Robious Road at approximately 7 p.m. on March 4, 2011.</p>
<p>Police said a 1999 Ford Mustang and 2002 Toyota Camry were traveling east on Robious Road when the drivers struck a pedestrian in the roadway.</p>
<p>The pedestrian died at the scene.</p>
<p>Chesterfield County Police Department have identified  the man who was killed as Jeremy C. Bannon,  29, of the 8300 block of Sir Lionel Place.</p>

<p>Police said an Amtrak train was traveling north near the Defense Supply Center when it struck a male who was walking beside the tracks. The pedestrian was found dead a short time later. The man’s body was taken to the Medical Examiner’s Office where the victim was identified as Aubrey A. Weese, 25, of the 3700 block of Luckylee Crescent in Richmond.</p>
<p>Police continue their investigation into this crash.</p>

Police  responded to a home in the 12400 block of Waterfall Crest Way at 1:45  a.m. to investigate reports of loud music. Once inside the home,  officers discovered underage party goers hiding in the garage, basement,  attic and under beds.<br />
Arrested were Trevor M. Burton, 18, of the  5600 block of Silver Birch Lane; Taylor C. Frederick, 19, of the 5500  block of Chesnut Bluff Road; Schyler D. Westbrook, 18, of the 8000 block  of Hancock Farm Lane; Alexander A. Huertas, 20, of the 14000 block of  Hockliffe Lane; Ashwin Sharma, 19, of the 5700 block of Harbour Ridge  Road; Todd A. Foglesong, 19, of the 3200 block of Oakmeadow Lane; Joshua  D. Morris, 19, of the 11000 block of Blossomwood Road; Kyle M. Lee, 19,  of the 5200 block of Highberry Woods Road; Keith M. Duhamel, 19, of the  14000 block of Forest Row Trail; Samantha L. White, 19, of the 3300  block of Quail Hill Drive and one male and three female juveniles.<br />

The baby was taken to an area hospital and later transferred to VCU Medical Center, where he later succumbed to what doctors indicated was shaken baby syndrome.</p>
<p>The 17-year-old father was charged with murder on June 28 following an investigation into the incident. He is being held in the Chesterfield County Juvenile Detention Center pending an upcoming hearing in Chesterfield County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.</p>

<p>The teen was charged with vehicular involuntary manslaughter/ DUI-related, maiming as a result of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and driving after illegally consuming alcohol. The teen was driving a 2007 Toyota Camry heading south on Courthouse Road when he lost control of the vehicle, crossed the northbound lanes and struck a tree. Passenger Christopher S. Matherly later died from his injuries. A second teen passenger was hospitalized and later released.</p>
<p>The 17-year-old is being held in the Chesterfield County Juvenile Detention Center pending an upcoming hearing in the Chesterfield County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.</p>
