Locust Grove Man Dies After Fall From Vehicle

The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating the death of 81-year-old John Leabhart of Locust Grove.
Police said Leabhart was the passenger in an SUV driven by his wife. The couple was traveling through Chesterfield County on Friday night just before 9 p.m. Just east of the Amelia County line, on Hull Street Road, Leibhart fell from the vehicle onto the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police continue their investigation into this death.
