LEONARD, Edward Joseph, of Richmond, passed away of natural causes on August 27, 2009. Mr. Leonard had a long and distinguished career in semiconductor research, most recently with Qimonda. He is survived by his loving son, Edward Michael Leonard; and other loving relatives. A memorial service will be held in his honor on his birthday, January 27. Time and location to be announced.
