BENNETTS, Naomi P., of Richmond, born on July 17, 1912, widow of George A. Bennetts, passed away December 27, 2009. She is survived by three daughters, Joan Clarke of Staunton, Va., Geni Bennetts of Napa Valley, Calif., Darleyne Moore of Williamsburg, Va.; three grandsons, Robert, Stephen, and Andrew Clarke; two nieces, Judy Reeve and Millie Clark; nephew, Clifford Sayles; great-niece, Cristen Palmour; and five great-grandsons. She was a dedicated and active church member of Patterson Avenue Seventh-day Adventist Church. She played piano for the Cradle Roll Dept. for 40+ years. She was a volunteer at Chippenham Hospital for 18 years. Her family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2009, at Bliley’s – Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road, where a celebration of her life will be held 12 noon Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Interment Maury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Family Service of Napa Valley, 709 Franklin Street, Napa, California 94559.
